In order to increase the value of the company's contribution (value) as well as business development, PT Bandung Infra Investama considers to optimize the funds available in the Company to be invested in the purchase of a building that will be used for Hotel and some of the rooms are for the company's office, the location of the building is located at Kiara Artha Park (KAP) at Parcel A5. The Company has conducted 2 studies in order to explore the basic considerations above, namely the Price Feasibility Study and the Highest andBest Utilization Study. (Highest and Best Use Study). For these 2 Studies, the Company has obtained approval from the approval from the Shareholders through the last GMS on 20 August 20, 2024 to carry out the Purchase of 12-story Building which will be used as a 4-Star Hotel.
