Binongjati Knitting Industry Centre is one of the leading industrial centres in Bandung City based on Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2019 concerning the Bandung City Industrial Development Plan 20219-2039. Based on data in 2021, there were 323 business actors in this industrial centre and absorbed a workforce of approximately 2535 workers. Meanwhile, the average turnover of business actors reached 139 million rupiah. The potential of the knitting industry is currently very large to be developed as an industrial centre and creative educational tourism destination.

Project Scope:

1. Construction of an entrance gate to the industrial centre;

2. Road infrastructure improvements.

3. Parking provision.

4. Construction of promotional space (show room and workshop)

5. Making art work as a tourist spot
