Characteristics

For almost the last 2 years there has been a change in the location of energy needs in the city of Bandung. WFH and SFH increase the energy demand in the home. The need for energy, especially electricity, is very much needed. The pandemic condition causes the demand for electricity and oxygen to increase. Currently, there is no reliable renewable energy in the city of Bandung.

Sector Economic 

From an economic perspective, the trend in the value of GRDP in the electricity, gas, steam/hot water and cold air supply sectors for the past three years has fluctuated, from 2018 to 2020, reaching its peak in 2019, which amounted to IDR 173 trillion. This sector contributes to GRDP by 0.09 percent.
