Characteristics

The education sector is the most important thing in the life of the state, which becomes this sector even though with different learning patterns it can still survive. The stagnation of formal education has fueled the growth of tutoring companies which have become a breath of fresh air for improvement in this sector. 

Sector Economic Growth and Investment Value

The education sector experienced growth in the value of GRDP from 2018 to 2020, experienced fluctuating conditions and in 2020 experienced a decline, which was Rp1.44 trillion. This sector contributes to GRDP by 1.44 percent.

Several institutions in the education sector in Bandung include ITB, UNPAD, UPI, Taruna Bhakti, UNPAR, Maranatha and so on.
