Bojongloa Kidul District is a sub-district located in the southern area of Bandung City and is directly adjacent to Margahayu and Margaasih Sub-districts in the Bandung Regency area. With an area of 6.26 km2 consisting of six villages, namely Cibaduyut Kidul, Cibaduyut Wetan, Mekarwangi, Cibaduyut, Kebonlega, and Situsaeur.
With a population of 86,740 people (3.55 percent of the total population of Bandung City), this sub-district has a density of 13,856 people/km2.
Bojongloa Kidul sub-district has access to transportation from the Leuwipanjang terminal, besides that there is also a Cibaduyut shoe center and health facilities at Immanuel Hospital.
The three main sectors in Bojongloa Kidul sub-district include the trade and repair sector, manufacturing industry, and construction.
As an area that relies on the industrial and trade sectors such as the leather shoe industry, in Bojongloa Kidul there are 10 government-run banks, six private banks, one people's credit bank, one village unit cooperative, one small industry cooperative and people's handicrafts, and six savings and loan cooperatives.
