The GRDP of Bandung City at current prices in 2024 was recorded at IDR 371.85 trillion and at constant 2010 prices reached IDR 223.05 trillion. In general, the economic structure of Bandung City has not changed. Since 2020, there have been 3 (three) business fields that have the largest contribution to the economic structure of Bandung City, namely Wholesale and Retail Trade; Car and Motorcycle Repair (26.32 per cent), Manufacturing Industry (18.29 per cent), and Information and Communication (14.09 per cent).
Investment realisation in Bandung City has also increased significantly. In 2024, the total investment that entered Bandung City reached IDR 10.79 trillion, which was dominated by the transportation, warehouse and telecommunications sector, other services, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, hotels and restaurants, as well as housing, industrial estates and offices.
