Characteristics

Panyileukan Subdistrict is located in the east of Bandung City. Panyileukan has an area of ​​5.52 square kilometers consisting of four villages, namely Mekar Mulya, Cipadung Kidul, Cipadung Wetan, and Cipadung Kulon.

The total population of Panyileukan in the second semester of 2019, amounted to 39,277. With 19,772 males and 19,505 females.

Three main sectors located in Panyileukan District include the manufacturing industry, trade and repair, and company services.

Panyileukan is a residential area that has many industries. It is recorded that in Panyileukan there are 55 large-scale industries or industries that have a workforce of 100 people or more. 30 medium-scale industries, and 19 Small and Home Crafts Industries (IKKR).

In the financial institution sector, there are seven government commercial banks, four private commercial banks, one Village Unit Cooperative, and seven savings and loan cooperatives.
