E-Bike Sharing
Increasing traffic congestion and air pollution, 70% of which is contributed by motor vehicles, have become serious challenges in Bandung City. The average PM2.5 level reaches 35.2 µg/m³, far exceeding the WHO threshold
of 10 µg/m³. Additionally, the projected population of 2.7 million by 2030 demands sustainable transportation solutions to maintain environmental quality and public mobility.
Bandung City Government plans to implement an e-Bike Sharing service as an efficient, environmentally friendly, and integrated short-distance mobility solution aligned with the smart city concept. This initiative builds upon the existing manual bike-sharing system “BOSEH,” which has been in operation since 2020
Development Objectives

strategically located shelters spread across the city center, such as Taman Lansia, Museum Geologi, and Alun-alun Bandung. Each shelter is equipped with:

• Smart charging system (PLN & solar panels)
• Security features: CCTV, alarm, and LED
