This project aims to enhance Bandung

City’s urban mobility system through the development of safe, comfortable, and sustainable transportation infrastructure. By improving connectivity and accessibility, the project supports the integration of public transportation networks and encourages the use of environmentally friendly transport modes.

The initiative includes the construction of Pedestrian Overpasses (JPOs), public transport shelters, public minivan signage, and e-bike sharing facilities. These facilities are designed to strengthen the first-mile and last-mile concept in Bandung’s mass transportation system, promoting a modern, inclusive, and ecoconscious urban environment.

Business Scheme

BOT/BTO (Build Operate Transfer/Build Transfer Operate). Investors will finance, construct, and operate the facilities for a maximum concession period of 30 years. The investment return model includes operational revenues, advertising, and asset utilization cooperation.

The estimated total investment value is IDR 28

billion, with detailed cost projections as follows:

Pedestrian Overpass (per unit):IDR 6.4 billion

Bus Stop/Shelter (per unit): IDR 183.68 million

The project will be implemented at various key points within Bandung City, particularly in areas with high mobility needs:

• Pedestrian Overpasses: Jalan Ibrahim Adjieand Jalan Wastukencana.

• Public Transport Shelters: 45 points across feeder transport routes.

• Public Minivan Signage: 102 points along operating feeder routes.

• E-Bike Sharing Facilities: Located at transportation integration nodes (stations, terminals, bus stops), activity centers (offices, malls, markets), and residential areas
