This project aims to develop an Integrated Waste Management Facility (TPST) in the Gedebage area to address Bandung City’s domestic waste challenges.

This facility adopts modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly technology to support the city’s target of becoming Clean and WasteIndependent Bandung.

Business Scheme

Implemented under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with an unsolicited mechanism, initiated by the private sector.

The payment model follows an Availability Payment (AP) system based on performance, funded through the Bandung City Regional Budget (APBD).
All assets will be transferred to the city government at the end of the concession period.

Investment Value

Based on thermal method projections referring to Permen PU 3 of 2013, the required investment value is IDR 366,250,000
